Many of our programs include COACHING to help improve and sustain the results achieved through initial training and development. And coaching can also be a powerful stand-alone method to help create improved performance among key leaders and team members. One unique characteristic of Bovo-Tighe's coaching - we INSIST that every coaching program be measured using real business/operation metrics.

What is Coaching?

Coaching is the process of improving an individual's professional and personal performance and well-being - through one-to-one interaction between Coach and Client. As part of an organizational training or development program, Coaching also helps align the goals of the individual with the goals of the organization, so that the success of one enhances the success of the other. The relationship between Coach and Client is an ongoing partnership, with the Coach trained to listen to the needs of the Client, and to customize solutions that help the Client and the Client's sponsoring organization.

  • Initial Engagement
    • Begin the Coaching process.
    • Dialog questions help the partnership start on a solid foundation.
    • Complete online surveys for "B-T Communication and Leadership Assessment" and "B-T Motivating Factors Analysis".
  • Building a Relationship
    • Coach debriefs survey reports for the Client.
    • Dialog questions are provided to help facilitate discussion about the reports.
  • Strategic Planning and Commitment
    • Client completes "Strategic Planning" exercise, and reviews with Coach.
    • Together, Coach and Client discuss results of Strategic Planning and formulate Career Development Plan.
  • Implementing the Career Development Plan - Coach and Client schedule regular, ongoing sessions for feedback and additional assistance.
  • The End Result
    • Dialog questions to help evaluate results of the program, and identify future learning opportunities.
    • Conclusion of the Coaching partnership.
