B-T Safety Means Business
Safety doesn't exist in a vacuum - it is a critical issue that directly impacts the well-being and productivity of employees, facilities, and customers. Just as each manager and employee has an individual "work and communication" style, he/she also has an individual "Safety Style". This one-day Bovo-Tighe workshop, plus completion of a pre-workshop survey, is a key step towards improving overall safety in the workplace.
"B-T Safety Behavioral Profiles" - Workshop Objectives
- Profile the four major work "styles".
- Discuss how these styles affect performance related to Safety.
- Identify the styles of co-workers, managers, and customers.
- Learn how to adapt to work with other Safety Behavioral Styles.
- Learn how to adapt individual behavior to improve Safety practices.
Experienced Instruction
Bovo-Tighe has an extensive, successful track record teaching B-T Behavioral Safety Profiles and providing a variety of follow-on trainings and solutions to further improve Safety performance. All Bovo-Tighe instructors facilitating this workshop are Certified Behavioral Analyst Consultants, possess years of experience working in real-life organizations, and are highly-skilled workshop facilitators.
Each Workshop Participant Will Receive:
- Pre-workshop survey that identifies each individual's "Safety Style".
- At the workshop, debrief of the follow-up report from the survey.
- Interactive, participant-centered training that maximizes group involvement. The instructor "facilitates" instead of "lectures", with the objective of gaining involvement and participation from workshop attendees. Case studies, group exercises, small group discussions, and other instructor-provided materials serve as resources that are used throughout the workshop.
- Printed workbooks for each participant - reference/reminders to take back to the job.
- Follow-up recap from Bovo-Tighe, including recommendations for further development.
