Bovo-Tighe DECISION-MAKING
AND PROBLEM-SOLVING™
"Workshop For Individual Participants OR Intact Work Teams
Decision-Making and Problem-Solving are critical business techniques that often result in project success or failure. They are also key ingredients of well-conducted, successful meetings. Too often, decision-making and problem-solving meetings are left to chance, resulting in outcomes that do not meet needs or expectations. There ARE proven, tested methods to improve decision-making and problem-solving, either as stand-alone processes or as integral elements of group meetings. The purpose of this Workshop is to instruct participants to learn and apply decision-making, problem-solving, and meeting management/participation models and tools that help improve meeting effectiveness and overall organizational productivity.
B-T DECISION-MAKING AND PROBLEM-SOLVING WORKSHOP - OBJECTIVES:
- To introduce useful decision-making and problem-solving tools and processes.
- To provide guidelines for selecting the most effective tools and processes for various business issues and situations.
- To enable participants to effectively apply the appropriate process and/or tool to business projects; either as individuals or within meetings of intact work teams, business partners, and/or customers.
- To enable participants to improve the usefulness of meetings by understanding the characteristics of effective meetings; including how to plan meetings, how to lead or participate in meetings, and how to follow-up to ensure achievement of productive outcomes.
