About Bovo-Tighe
Participants - whether they are area managers, front-line employees, sales representatives, or support staff - will learn how their work behavior affects productivity on the job. They will be able to clearly identify how they as individuals face problems and challenges at work, how they prefer to interact with people, how they react to change and how they respond to rules and regulation written by others. Most importantly, participants will be able to compare how they prefer to do the job with how they are actually expected to adapt their behavior in the workplace, and the effect this has on themselves and others.
